Harvesting garlic and peas at the Mondragon field

P1080242Today we reap the benefits of our relationship with this land that began last October.  We harvested about 200 bulbs of garlic that will be used in our Math program, for our Thanksgiving Feast, for sale, and for our students to get their own garlic populations going into their gardens.

Today was also a time to harvest alberjon, or peas.
